据彭博社报道，OpenAI Inc.对一家拥有域名 www.open.ai名为“开放人工智能”（Open Artificial Intelligence）的公司提起了诉讼，指控其侵犯了OpenAI的商标并导致消费者混淆。
诉状指出，开放人工智能公司及其总裁盖伊·拉文（Guy Ravine）误导消费者，让他们误认为该公司的业务与OpenAI及其热门产品(如ChatGPT)存在关联。
此外诉状还指出，在OpenAl于2015年开始运营后，Open Artificial lnteligence采用了“Open AIquot;的名称，也一直在阻碍OpenAl注册自己的商标。
