变更记录显示，今年3月，知乎旗下知南行易（南京）科技有限公司入股北京面壁智能科技有限责任公司。据媒体报道，今年4月，知乎与面壁智能宣布联合研发中文大模型“知海图AI”。今年6月，知乎宣布公司CTO李大海兼任面壁智能的董事和CEO。
